Warehouse and vehicle mapping

Our temperature / humidity specialists were among the first in the country to implement mapping/monitoring services of warehouses and various chambers used in the pharmaceutical industry. We have the competence and equipment to satisfy the needs of our customers and those of the certifying/authorizing authorities.

The mapping/monitoring process consists of the following steps:

  • Designing the environmental monitoring system, determining the measuring point in accordance with the warehouse plans and specific requirements
  • Placing the monitoring equipment according to the established plan
  • Continuous monitoring for a period of 7 days (or according to requirements)
  • Removing the monitoring equipment
  • Recovering the recorded data, and compiling the monitoring report

The monitoring report contains the folowing:

  • Client details (name, address), identification the monitored chamber
  • Monitoring method and duration
  • Placement plan
  • Establishing the measurement points and measuring devices
  • Calculated parameters for the measurement period (minimum, maximum and mean values for every measuring point)
  • Evolution of temperature inside of the chamber and that of outside environment across the measuring interval:
    • Graphs of temperature in each measuring point
    • Graph of minimum and maximum values for each point and total average
    • Graph of minimum and maximum values for each point and external temperature
    • Graph of temperature uniformity inside the chamber
    • Graph of temperature stability inside the chamber

Evolution of relative humidity inside of the chamber and of the environment, across the measuring interval:

    • Graphs of humidity at each measuring point
    • Graph of minimum and maximum humidity values at each point and the total average
    • Graph of minimum and maximum humidity values at each point, and external humidity
    • Graph of humidity uniformity

The measuring devices used for monitoring of environmental conditions are calibrated under RENAR accreditation,
according to SR EN ISO/CEI 17025, guaranteeing the quality and correctness and results.
